Built in 2011, the Pacifica Honolulu was originally developed by Hawaiian Dredging under the name of Moana Vista, but work was stalled with the housing crash in 2007/2008 and the building sat half completed for some time until San Diego developer OliverMcMillan purchased the project in 2009.

The Pacifica is a residential high-rise made up of glass, steel and poured concrete. Residents enjoy the convenience of high-end restaurants, coffee shop and bars at the base and easy walks to Ward Shopping centers, the Blaisdell Arena and Concert Hall and about a 10-15 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center and Beach Park.

The main entrance and is located off of Waimanu St. which opens up into a sleek and stylish lobby manned by 24-hours staff which serve as both security and limited concierge. Security also includes video cameras, Enterphone and fob activated entrances and elevators. 4 high speed “smart elevators” efficiently take residents to their desired floor without the need of buttons inside the elevator themselves.
